Well, someone beat me to this! Lottiotta started a BookRelay for graphic novels, comics, and manga here: http://bookobsessed.com/index.php?showtopic=3344
I have already received two books (and, thus, sent two books). I am enjoying my attempts at keeping it going and look forward to more lovely graphic novel/manga goodness as time goes on.
