I did Tae Bo again for the first time in months. I was dripping with sweat by the end, but managed to keep up with the workout the whole time (which is my number one goal every time I put the video in; I settle for making it past minute 22, but I love when I don't miss a thing the whole time). It's still the basic workout, but that's enough for me for now. I was SO hot and tired after the workout. I drank water and walked around a little to cool down a tad, then I had a LONG, cold shower.
Yesterday evening/night, I couldn't believe how good I felt. I mean, it really felt wonderful to have worked out. So I'm writing this to remind myself of that feeling. Must work out more! Once a week is not enough! I used to do the elliptical during Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip every week, but now that that's cancelled, I need to find a new routine. Maybe I should shoot for working out from 10:30-11 every night?
