I finished the fifth and final book for this thing by reading Blankets by Craig Thompson. It's a book I've wanted to read for more than a decade and that I've owned for a few years. I really enjoy graphic memoirs, and this one was honest and revealing. The significant blankets in his life tied it all together.

I earread another book that was on my Pinterest Future Mt. TBR board: Cinder by Marissa Meyer. It's one that has been recommended to me many times, and I'm glad to finally have read it. I adore fairy tale retellings.

6. Read 5 books that are on my Pinterest Future TBR board
Almost unintentionally, I've managed to read a few books this year that were on the Pinterest board of books I want to read (this is how I kept track of things I wanted to track down before I joined Goodreads). The neat thing is, I inadvertantly read two of the first few books I ever added to the board (they're at the very bottom). I feel good about finally getting to them.

6. Complete backlog of poem & art postcard journal
When I was in high school, I got a notebook for my birthday one year and decided to fill it with poems I liked and art postcards from museums. I've been collecting both for more than 20 years now but not actually putting them into the journal. I thought it was about time I did! When I started this list of 101 things, I had 2 poems and 4 art postcards in the journal. Now there are 34 poems and 57 art postcards. I also numbered all the pages. There's a page for favorite quotes, one for a poem index, and one for an art index. There are still 18 pages left in the journal, so a little more room to add more if I want to in the future. But I'm out of most favorite poems and out of art. So I'm calling this complete! I feel like finishing a project I started more than 20 years ago is a great accomplishment!

I almost missed this one! I read Torchwood: The Undertaker's Gift which was sent to me by a wonderfully generous BookCrosser in Minsk. It was fun going on an adventure with the Torchwood team. And the book definitely had its moments.
