List 1- Thing 30

30. Make small fixes to car (paint in front, dome light, reflectors on holes, side shade)

The person who owned my car before me put in these nice side signal devices on either side of the car. However, in summer 2006 my garage suddenly decided/realized/declared that they were illegal to have for my car and ripped them out and covered the holes with tape. I took my car through the car wash this week... which stripped the ductape off the holes that are on each side of my car.

So with some great help from my mother, we got the screws out and I covered the holes with another set of basic reflectors.

I also made an appointment at the Honda dealer to take my car in so they can fix my alarm system and/or replace my keyless entry remote.

43. Write & submit another BookCrossing article

I was going to post if/when it got published... but after reading through this, it looks like my goal was only to write and submit one... which I've done!

I wrote a short piece about the BookCrossing car kit I created. The article is called "Have Car, Will BookCross!" and I submitted it on September 9. It's not published yet but that usually takes several months. So we'll see :-)
