38. Get/buy some sort of cataloging software & catalog all books, CDs, tapes, DVDs, video games, and videos

I did a bit more cataloging today:

Audio CD (4)
Books (208)
Comics, Manga, Graphic Novels (49)
DVD (223)
Games (15)
Software (0)
VHS Tape (17)

I've done: all my DVD holders, the front part of my TV cabinet, the two top shelves of two of my bookcases, almost all of another bookcase, and one shelf in another bookcase.

Still to go: the back part of my TV cabinet, the few books on one bookcase I can't get to, 5 shelves on each of 3 bookcases (i.e. 15 shelves), the tops of bookcases, all my computer software, all of my music (on iTunes and physical CDs), all my comics, and books on my two To Be Read bookcases that will become part of my permanent collection once I read them (though I may hold off on those and just add them as I read them)

Whew! I've got a long way to go still! But I love marking the ones I've lent out and the ones I have autographed by authors. So neat to have my collection searchable and organized!



EDIT: Oh CRAP. My collection file was damaged! I'm going to have to start over from SCRATCH! *cries*
