62. Watch Torchwood series 4 (Miracle Day)
After the events of CoE, I had a hard time imaginging enjoying this different Torchwood. So I hadn't really wanted to watch it. But after seeing John at a con last month, I decided to just go ahead and watch it. I felt emotionally distanced from it; it wasn't my Torchwood.
But once I started watching, I realized I was glad to be able to enjoy thiis next chapter in the Torchwood adventure. I started watching it yesterday and finished it today. It was definitely different, and it was definitely missing a lot of what I love most about Torchwood. But there were still Jack and Gwen. There was saving the world. There were lots of moral questions. And there was a lot of hurt!Jack; that helped, too. I ended up really liking this season and am so glad I made myself watch it!
