54. Watch all of the Second Doctor’s episodes
I started the second doctor's episodes last year, but this month I watched the bulk of them. So many have been lost, so I listened to and read many reconstructions. It was actually a thrill when I'd stumble upon a real episode. I must admit, I wasn't a fan of some of the monsters this time around, but I adored so many of the companions. I really loved getting to know Jamie and watching him be all heroic for nearly the entire second doctor's time. I had a hard time at first adjusting to the new doctor, but by the end, I didn't want to see him go! There were a lot of great moments, but I especially loved the kooky Web of Fear and War Games where we get to see the Time Lords in action as a group for the first time. Not to mention the very first sonic screwdriver appearance!
