3. Read 5 books off BookCrossing TBR shelves

I recently read Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore by Robin Sloan, which I got in the first line game at the last BCinDC holiday party. Though I didn't love it as much as I'd hoped, I still thought it was a great read and a wonderful merging of a lot of my interests along with quirky characters and a dramatic mystery that might hold the secret to eternal life.

On Valentine's Day, I always make a loan with the Becky's Hugs group. I was lucky to find two in a country I hadn't yet supported: Thailand. This one had a woman in a pink shirt, so I chose it.

I watched Season 1 of The ABC Murders. I wasn't sure I was going to like John Malkovich's Hercule Poirot, but his portrayal was interesting and complex. And Rupert Grint was a pleasure to see in his role as well.
