just_the_things50. Snarf everything in Fairfax County
I DID IT!!!!!!!! All 502 landmarks are MINE!
There are actually 504 in the Markeroni system, if you look. But the Fairfax County/Loudoun County VA Z-168 doesn't actually exist, according to all marker sites online, including the Virginia state marker site. And Innovative Barn at Mount Vernon has been removed and replaced by a marker with a different name. I actually contacted Mount Vernon and, after a month or so, they replied with this information. So this snarf doesn't exist any longer and I'm not able to snarf it. Therefore, there are really just 502. And I have them all!
This was my final one, snarfed on 8/27/12 after work: Cavalry Engagement Near Hunter's Hill
My very first landmark was a Virginia state marker. And now my last one in all of Fairfax County (until more appear) is a Virginia state marker. Quite appropriate.
