just_the_things33. November 2012 Project
I'm counting NaNoWriMo 2012 as my November 2012 project (surprised?). I hosted 5 write-ins (one on the very last day, in fact) and made it to 50,000 words. Oh, I also donated this year, in honor of finishing. I had a harder time this year than in my previous 6 years of doing NaNoWriMo, so it really is an accomplishment.
And while I didn't exactly finish the story, I wrote a bunch of scenes and worked out a lot of my plot. I even worked in a few plot twists that were surprises to me and that I'm quite fond of now. Yay!
