25. Read a book and then watch the movie based on it for 5 different books
I'd been wanting to read 84, Chairing Cross Road for years, and ths finally gave me the opportunity to do so and finally watch this movie I've had from Netflix for months now.
I loved the book, even though I cried at the end. The movie made me cry in the first 4 minutes, so not much better on that front. As this is a true story told in letters, it was suddenly strange to have it fictionalized a little for a movie version, but so many of my favorite letters were included, and the movie truly captures the warm sentiments in the book and the passion for books the characters have. Also, it was amazing to see sych a young Anthony Hopkins
