just_the_things95. Complete a merit badge in You Can Do It: the Merit Badge Handbook for Grown-up Girls
I decided to try badge 30, "Party On!" the entertaining badge. Its 7 steps involved throwing a dinner party. So I decided to throw a Murder Mystery Party for my Harry Potter group. I found the script online and used some tips from the book (as well as my previous experience with murder mystery parties). I spent a few months prepping, including sending out actual paper invitations, making goodie bags and name tags, setting the table, and even folding memos into paper airplanes. The guests assured me they had a good time.
