I have had an automated deposit set up in one bank for years, so I'm keeping that in place. I set up a new automated deposit in my other bank to take $1 a day and move it from checking to savings. Hopefully, it will be a small enough amount that I don't notice the hit. And, in the end, I'll have a good amount of backup money for emergencies.
