87. Exercise at least three times a week for 50 weeks
I'm officially down 37 pounds from when I started keeping records of my weight loss. So I'm starting off this list at 141.6 with hopes of getting down to 135.
Last week, I put together an exercise schedule that requires me to work out 5 times a week and do a stretching routine for the other 2 days in a week. It seems unlikely I'll be able to exercise every single day in a week, but getting at least 3 in a week consistently is hard enough for me that that's where I set my goal. I recently bought an incentive (DVDs I've wanted for a long time) and put together a beautiful chart to fill out to keep me on track for July. I hope that will keep me exercising!
