86. Get weight down to 135 and keep it around there for at least a year
On August 17, 2018, my weight dipped below 135. So it has been a year since that date, and I've managed to maintain my weight loss with diet adjustments and exercise nearly every day. This morning, I was at 122, in fact. I have every intention of keeping my habits up and getting as fit as I can. I suspect my weight will stay around 120 going forward.
