64. Get to bed on time at least 20 days in a month
In September, I tried sticking to my set bedtime better, and managed to do so for 21 out of 30 days of the month. That's extremely impressive for me and was one of the harder things on my list. I am obviously hoping to keep up the habit, though I'm not optimistic about my chances of that. Getting to bed on time is so difficult for me because of all the things I want to do during a day. And I'm definitely a night owl, so my instinct is to stay up and keep doing things as long as I still have energy. But according to my record, I was able to get much more sleep in September than I have in previous months. Example:
August 2021:
1 night - 4 hours of sleep
16 nights - 5 hours of sleep
12 nights - 6 hours of sleep
1 night - 7 hours of sleep
1 night - 8 hours of sleep
September 2021:
0 nights - 4 hours of sleep
6 nights - 5 hours of sleep
14 nights - 6 hours of sleep
8 nights - 7 hours of sleep
2 nights - 8 hours of sleep
